Yes, everyone is most welcome to use the professional kitchen and all of it's appliances. We have a guest fridge and freezer, ovens, a microwave, toasters, waffle iron, blenders, mixers, juicers, a bread maker, coffee makers, kettles, endless dishes, and utensils.   We also have a large pantry with baskets to store your dry goods.  You can also help yourself to our large rack of herbs, spices, and cooking oils.

To confirm a booking we require a non-refundable deposit for your first night’s accommodation (or 10% whichever is greater). The deposit is subtracted from the total amount owing upon arrival but is not refunded under any circumstances. Any bookings that are cancelled are charged as follows:

• 24 hours notice: 50%
• If you would like to leave earlier than your booking states, the above cancellation policy applies plus the initial deposit will not be subtracted from the total amount owing and will instead be the charged as early check-out fee.
